Things go wrong at the worst possible time! My A/C quit and it's hot outside! I called Steve & Weber this morning and a real person answered the phone! She said she might be able to get someone to me by today, and tomorrow at the latest. Within a couple of hours, a man arrived at my door. He was friendly and courteous and fixed the problem and now we're running cool again. This business is TOPS! So glad I called them!
